Big thanks to the Globe and Mail (@globeandmail), Canada's national newspaper, for their article on me and our work at SHIFTER. Much appreciated!

If you've been a part of our journey over the years, as a team member, reader, or viewer thank you. It's been a grind—a long one. 13 years and still going.

Any entrepreneur knows the ups and downs that come with being an entrepreneur. It's a struggle sometimes. You can often put in a lot of work, but the work don't always match the rewards. But it's still one of the most fulfilling jobs in the world! You have good days and bad days, but you keep ot moving.

Shootout to all the hustlers, builders, visionaries and entrepreneurs building something out of nothing! Keep grinding! #shifter

I remember the days when I couldn't get booked to speak for nothing. I used to walk around my kitchen and living room, imagining myself in front of a crowd. Visualizing and practicing for years. Now, I've done five in the past few months. When it's your season for something, it's your season! #preparationmeetsopportunity #speakerlife

This Friday at 5:00pm PST, I'll be on a virtual panel being put on by New Filmmakers Los Angeles (@nfmla) and the Organization of Black Screenwriters.
