This is my morning brew for the next couple of weeks.. milk Honey and Shilajit. Now - I know what you’re thinking - what is this silly shit called Shilajit…..
It’s a mineral from the Himalayas - the Nepalese and Tibetans have been using it for thousands of years… so they’re using it to walk around the Himalayas I’m having it before I go to the gym. I’ve been chatting to mike at @shilajittea about some amazing things we could potentially do together - but I’ve gotta believe in something 100 % before I put my name to it. #realhoney #naturalremedies #apothacary #herbaltea

The goal: The wings of a golden eagle 🦅, the tits of a silver back 🦍 & the waist of a thirteen year old 👧 All While being able to survive a car crash without waring a seat belt.

Goal Setting is important……

Dipping my toes back into the coaching game soon, anyone who wants coaching will be heavily VETTED, whoop bands, ora rings & garmins are a no go. Steps this steps that what are you a fucking pop band from 90’s….

You’ve got people tracking heart rates when they don’t know what it should be at rest naturally or what it’s at when you’re trying to burn fat. Also tracking sleep but getting bent up at weekends, counting calories with no base line factors.
Let’s also add in terrible form training doing d handle back rows but can’t deadlift. Birds on 1200 kcals & wondering why there hormones are massively outta whack.
To much backward bullshit information online passed on from kids & premium uneducated helmets.

Such a great looking comp and well ran by the @unitclassic crew 👌🏼
(Small error on event 2 deadlift was 340kg not 150kg) 🤣

🥇Congratulations to the big man @evansthehulk just off the back of a 2nd place at @giantslivestrongman he goes and puts on another strong consistent performance to claim the classic title! 🏆

🥈2nd place for the man from Czechia @jan_lacina with a very strong performance with 2 event wins and 2 third place finishes. Ending the show joint 2nd with Matt but claiming 2nd place by count back.

🥉Awesome to see the Welshmen @worlds_strongest_bailiff on a well earned podium spot, Was great to see how close it was between him and Jan 💪🏼

Our very first competition back in April and what a way to start.

From the athletes battling it out on the platform, to the trade stands, brands, food, chefs on the grill and everything happening behind the scenes… this was about bringing the whole strength community together. 🏋️‍♂️

What started as our first event has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of.

And this was only the beginning. 👀

More athletes. Bigger events. More brands. More experiences.

We’re just getting started. 🦾

I Cannot Express Enough How Important It Is To Make Sure Your Gut Is In Check

I Was Eating Decently 7-8 Months Ago But My Gut Lining Was Really Bad So I Was Excreting Everything Almost Instantly 🤣

I Wasn’t Absorbing The Required Nutrients Therefore I Was Struggling To Make Gains 🙄

Taking The Correct Supplementation & Following The Correct Protocols Changed The Game ✅

Now The Gains Are Insane 💪🏾

If This Is Something You Are Struggling With Comment Or DM ‘GUT’ 📥

Have A Great Day People 🙌🏾
