FEBRUARY ‘24 DUMP

From beaches in New Zealand to parties in Los Angeles, over to red carpets and winning awards at Berlinale and ending up with snow in Austria. This month was sooo full of amazing memories. Wow! Going through my album made it so hard to pick the favorites. And at the same time made me so grateful for everything I was able to experience.

If you do silicone work then you must try the tool bag @wingman_rope_access 🇦🇺

For many years we have always used modified buckets to hold tools and everything else you could imagine we would always rummage around through the buckets to find what we were looking for until our good friend lance from wingman aerial tool systems created the perfect bag for every situation you could imagine.

They are worth their weight and gold and we can't wait to see more from lance in the future!

Back again at Owairaka park this Saturday. I'll bring the rākau again, so it is important that you book in to let me know you are coming! Last week was Whiro New Moon, so we were relatively quiet with our energy output. This week we'll get a bit more sweaty and work a bit deeper. Looking forward to seeing some more of you up the mountain!

Contact Improvisation! Have you seen it in action? Have you heard about it? Curious? Have you practiced before but want to brush up on your basic skills, or return to them with more subtle awareness?

Here's a five week course for all those who are interested in knowing and practicing more, in a safe and grounded context, with two very experienced practitioners and teachers.

Both Clare and Rachel have come from dance and movement backgrounds, and integrate somatics, bodywork and martial arts into their offerings, to create spaces for deep listening, play, fluid connections and flow.

Email rachel.r.m@gmail.com for more info and to register, check out the FB event below, and pass it on to your movement curious mates!
