The first of our 2️⃣ wedding couples yesterday knocked it out of the park! Leslie ♡ Jedda (Mexicana and Filipina respectively) 🇲🇽 🇵🇭 rocked their wedding, and I was so stoked to be the one to capture it! 💖

They've been together for 11 years & engaged for 1.5 💍 They live in Richmond in the East Bay and love being homebodies with their 13 year old wiener dog @cocoa_dachshund. She's a big part of their lives, traveling together with them everywhere they go in her little dog stroller! 🐾 Awesome that she was part of their City Hall wedding photos too!

Jedda is also a photographer, which makes it even more of an honor to be chosen 📷 She'd been following me for over 2 years, so it's always extra special when a long-awaited day like this comes along 💝

These two were looking for classic, warm, and timeless from their wedding photos. With the moodier tones of the early morning on an overcast, slightly drizzling day in July we had yesterday ☔ I think we nailed it.

Due to families being in Maryland and Alabama and unable to travel, the only guests in attendence were Jedda's brother and cousin, who did an amazing job taking behind-the-scenes footage for a vlog (very excited to see that!), and of course taking care of Cocoa so the couple could be truly in the moment.

It worked out perfectly, as there's so many fewer potential stressors without a bunch of folks you have to worry about.

📷 We're shooting together again at the Palace of Fine Arts in the next couple of months, and I'm so excited for it! For now though, I want to say a huge thank you and congrats to this gorgeous, wonderful couple!
