Last night we had the honor of hosting The Shiny Awards - @shinydirectors - to celebrate the best emerging and diverse directors in commercial production. The lineup of films shown was a reminder of just how much incredible talent is out there waiting to be seen. Shiny exists to make sure emerging directors from underrepresented backgrounds get seen, and we’re proud to help make that happen. Congratulations to this year’s winners! 🎬✨

So excited to be on the @shinydirectors jury this year! When I first learned about Shiny, I knew I had to be involved with their mission, it’s of the utmost importance to discover new talent and help get upcoming talent in the mix. There’s so many young, hungry, nimble, and creative directors out there who deserve the opportunity to work with big brands and agencies! Thank you to Poppy Swallow and Caroline Bottomley for starting such a great organization! #judging #newdirectors #production #advertising #womeninbusiness
