This project has always been about amplifying the voices of the trans community and creating real impact. Cannes 2023 was awesome. Really happy to be there all week learning, talking, and listening. Producers have a lot of work to do. This was the time to listen to our colleagues. Connect on what we are doing right, but also the frustrations and solutions for the future. Conversation is the start. Commitments come next. Who are you talking to? What change will you commit to for the balance of the year? Creatives and brands should remember - your producer can make quick change - the world is watching. What mark will you leave? Diverse and inclusive teams all the way through? Sustainable shoots? We can do that!
I appreciate all the partners that have worked to amplify my voice in EDI as a change agent. I couldn’t do any of this without the support of @ipghealth @area23hc and Tim. #productionforgood #inclusionrevolution
