I am so excited to announce my commitment to Shippensburg University to continue my academic and athletic career in cross country and track & field!
I am beyond grateful for everyone who has supported me and helped me get to this point! I would like to thank my family for always supporting me, my teammates for pushing me to be my best, my friends for encouraging me, and my coaches, especially Coach Payonk, for believing in me and helping me become the best runner I can be. I would also like to thank Coach Spence for giving me this amazing opportunity to join such a great team and program! Most importantly, I want to thank God for blessing and guiding me along this journey. I can’t wait to start the next chapter!
Go Raiders! ❤️💙 #committed #shipxctf

We raced our Alumni event, and then put some miles on the ole stomping grounds Rails to Trails system.

Dillon and I started dating in college when we were both running at Shippensburg University. We do our best to make it back annually for these nostalgic moments 💕
