LEMON LIFE - Patisserie-Philosophie
If life is giving you lemons: Bite in, feel the bitterness and create something sweet!

(English below)

Throughout duration of life it comes to frustrating or even depressing moments again and again. No matter if in a private or occupationally manner. I for my part am trying to let loose and to orient myself in a new way, am questioning myself what exactly did annoy or hurt me so much???
Definitely not everything is a walk in the park. But to question oneself and others as well as being truly honest and to let ripen new things in relationships, your work or realizations can truly sweeten up your life again.
For the ones who have an exhausting period of life right now: Please don´t give up, press the reset button, overthink. Give yourself and others a new chance from time to time.

Lemon-Menü:
1. Tarte au Citron my way: Sablé Bretonaise / Buttery Lemoncream / White Biscuit soaked with fresh lemon- and applejuice / Meringue / Filets of Lime / Pistaccio
2. Lemon Globe: Lemoncream-Cake with Vanilla / Cream / White Chocolate / Marinated Lemondiscs and Cardamom
3. Popsicle: Lemoncurd-Ice Cream / Buttermilk / Roasted Poppyseed / White Chocolate / Leaf Gold
4. Zitrone Zitrone Mascarpone: Lemoncake with Lemon-Gel and Mascarpone-Cream

Diese Sachen gibt es diese Woche alle bei uns zu futtern und wir haben neue Kunst von @perelima_art an den Wänden!

One week on from The Monastery and still feeling the positive reverberations. I love the irony of these lyrics, ‘Alone, alone, we are all alone’ and yet it is so often on the dance floor that the illusion of separation between self and other dissolves and we become one in the vibrational field. Thank you @thegardensofbabylon @shishibabylon for creating such a beautiful container for healing 🙏🏻

💫 Elevated Spirit after a week of @thegardensofbabylon an incredible festival in Germany by the rockstar @shishibabylon and all of the outstanding crew 🦚 4 days full filled with exceptional music, food, spiritual spaces where I had the privilege to offer an Authentic Cacao & Chocolate Class right on the first day of the festival!

During this special moment I made new friends who discovered why cacao has been a sacred drink for thousand of years and I shared with all of these beautiful people easy ways to consciously consume cacao and chocolate on daily rituals.

To my new friends: I will never forget that day with you 💘

To everyone I could genuinely connect with: Gracias Gracias 🙏🏽 Gracias 🇩🇪 🇨🇭 🇸🇾 🇫🇷 🇳🇱 🇪🇸 🇰🇭 🇻🇪 🇧🇪 💝 I just fell in love with you and the experience!

Amor y Bien,
Carolina ❤️‍🔥

Slowly landing at home in TLV after two weeks on The Monastery grounds. I met so many amazing people from the second we arrived. I want to thank you all again for encouraging with such enthusiasm while I played. It was one of my favourite sets ever.

So proud to have spend this time on the creation of my newlywed wifey and her super team. Heroes!! I am looking forward to many more of these together.
