A journey of movement, intention, and transformation — blending ecstatic dance, cacao, immersive art, and sound healing — to honour International Yoga and Music Day in a soulful, sensory celebration.

Ecstatic Dance & Cacao Ceremony
21 June 2025 | From 3:00 PM onwards
Mojigao, Assagao (@mojigao)
Organised by @shiulicollective
Limited capacity — DM @shiulicollective or WhatsApp 8017628903 to register

💡BBB Insight:
In Goa, where ancient healing traditions meet contemporary wellness practices, events like this tap into the state’s deeper rhythm — one where self-expression, community, and connection are held sacred. By merging movement, ceremony, and sound, this gathering reflects a growing cultural shift towards holistic experiences that nurture both inner and collective wellbeing.

Community. The Chosen Family.

Growing up, I never truly understood the deeper meaning of the word #community —not until I moved out of my parents' house in my late teens. I started living in different cities, shifting houses countless times. Through this journey, I came to realise how even the smallest actions can have a #profound impact.

Strangers who become companions, #allies , support systems. People showing up—not out of obligation, but out of care.

It’s in these quiet, everyday gestures that I found the #essence of community. Not just people who live around you, but those who hold space for you. Who celebrates your #joys , sit with your grief, and grow alongside you.

Community, to me, has become the #family we choose. Like #artists painting on the same canvas—each bringing their own #colours, #stories, and #strokes to #create something greater than any of us could alone.!
