I haven’t even posted our full routine for @theplatformaus 🥹

It was an absolute pleasure to choreograph something for this, and even more special having 7 of us dancing it together 🤍 @larasalsera
This piece came from a lot of my own thoughts around mirrors, body image and the idea of an “ideal” body, and what happens when we stop looking at ourselves through everyone else’s eyes.

Very, very excited to keep putting more of my ideas into choreography and growing creatively.

And very, very proud of these gals 🥹

PLATFORM 2026

It was an absolute honour to dance with these incredibly talented and beautiful women every week.

To have showcased a well thought out and crafted piece by @shiv.fitz was such a pleasure, highlighting so many important messages about embodiment, finding yourself, breaking out of social norms and overall self love ✨

Finding a dance community like @shivfitzdanceperth was the best thing I ever did since moving the Perth 💓💓💓

For years, I thought becoming a better dancer meant doing more dance.

More classes.
More rehearsals.
More hours.

But one of the biggest things that improved my dancing happened outside the studio.💓

Strength training gave me more power, more confidence, better recovery, and a deeper trust in my body.🙌🏼

Perhaps most importantly, it shifted my focus from how my body looked to how it performed…and that influenced a much healthier relationship with food, exercise, and myself.

That’s exactly why I created Stronger Dancer.💃🏻🚀

A self-paced strength training programme designed specifically for dancers who want to support their training, improve performance, and build a body that feels as strong as it is capable.

There’s also tons of resources to help with relationship with food, body image, and common barriers and struggles dancers face in their own journeys ☺️

If this is for you, click the link in bio 💃🏻🚀
