What a world wind of a 3 Days 🤲🏾

ℹ️ | 🏝️🇦🇪 SIR BU NAIR FESTIVAL & CHALLENGE 2026 🌊🏃🏾‍♂️

Did you know Sharjah has its very own protected island approximately 110 km off its coast? 👀

Here are some facts you probably didn’t know!

🐢 Turtle Paradise: One of the UAE’s most important nesting grounds for endangered hawksbill turtles.

🪸 Marine Life: Home to around 40 coral species and 70 fish species.

⛵ Rich History: Once a resting point for pearl divers, fishermen and sailors travelling across the Arabian Gulf.

🌍 International Recognition: Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage candidate and recognised internationally for its environmental importance.

🌿 Nature Reserve: Protected since 2000 to preserve its incredible wildlife and marine ecosystem.

🏆 THE 2026 CHALLENGE
📍 Al Heera Beach, Sharjah
👥 Teams of 6 representing government entities
💪 80-metre land and water obstacle course

⛵ Traditional Dhow Race: 71 registered boats, over 1,000 sailors.

🇦🇪 The UAE is more than skyscrapers and luxury! There’s so much history, culture and natural beauty waiting to be discovered.

💬 Be honest… did you know Sir Bu Nair Island existed? 👀👇

I don’t even know where to start, a lot of years of hard work and practice, not knowing where it would ever happen or if it would ever happen.

Alhumdulilah as always for everything my 10,000HRS paid off.

So many firsts happened over the last 3 days.

@pulse95radio normally chose from within for their LIVE OB’s but for the first ever #sirbunairchallenge I was given a chance to come on as a Fitness Expert and give the listeners a bit more context from a fitness prospective on what each contestant could and would potentially be going through as they try to complete the land and sea obstacle challenges.

Being on live radio is not the easiest thing in the world you have to deal with so many elements but I believe I did myself proud and represented the @shjbroadcasting and @pulse95radio to the best of my ability.

Massive thank you to Mr.Saif & Mrs Kristina for bestowing such an honor onto me.

Special shout out to the main man of the show @livewithlouisdenham a true gentleman and professional not only is he amazing at what he does he also gave me the chance to showcase my expertise but not only that he gave me a chance to showcase my personality to the Sharjah listeners and for that I will be forever thankful.

To my dear brother @omaralduri who would have thought all them years ago bringing a guest on your show “The Half Time Show” To then @filthy_fellas podcast visit would eventually lead me to being a presenter in any capacity years later, ALLAHUAKBAR.

The 🇦🇪 is truly the land of opportunity, THANK YOU SHARJAH UNTIL NEXT TIME
