10 years of weddings and I still seem to have a new takeaway after each one.

My takeaway from yesterday is that all you really need for a perfect celebration is the community you’ve grown up with, and a whole lot of pizza 🍕 ❣️

Thanks to Ally & Kevin for inviting me into their love story that’s 16 years in and counting. Last night was the best ❤️‍🔥

We got to spend yesterday celebrating two of the most amazing people as they celebrated their marriage. My cheeks hurt from smiling and my eyes are a little dry from all the happy tears.

Kev & Ally - watching the love you two have for each grow through the years has been a special gift. We love you and the beautiful life you have created ❤️

Hurricane Wisdom Channels Afrobeats Energy on Uplifting New Single “LIVING UP”

Fast-rising rapper Hurricane Wisdom is stepping into new sonic territory with his vibrant new single, “LIVING UP,” a track that leans heavily into Afrobeats textures while maintaining his signature melodic rap style.

Helmed by acclaimed Nigerian producer Rugged—known for collaborations with Davido and other top-tier acts—the song blends breezy keyboard riffs, rolling 3-step percussion, and rich log drum patterns. Hurricane seamlessly adapts to the soundscape, infusing his delivery with a subtle Nigerian vocal lilt as he glides over the layered instrumentation. The result is an infectious, feel-good anthem elevated by choral backing vocals that transform “LIVING UP” into a celebratory sing-along.

The accompanying visuals further amplify the track’s cross-cultural essence. Shot during Hurricane’s visit to Nigeria, the video captures moments from Makoko, offering a glimpse into the vibrant coastal community on the outskirts of Lagos.
