During my final year at the university,
By God’s grace, I had the opportunity to serve as the president of my departmental fellowship.
I was tasked with the responsibility of preaching.

As I prepared, I spent time praying and meditating on Jeremiah 29:11, which speaks about God’s plans and purpose for our lives. I shared that fulfilling God’s purpose requires our hearts to be aligned with His. As the Bible says in Ezekiel 36:26:

“A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.”

I explained that to walk in God’s purpose, we must first receive a new heart from Him.

It was only after I graduated that I truly understood the weight of that message. Looking back, I realized that every experience, every challenge, and every struggle was preparing me for the purpose God had already ordained for my life.

Sometimes, we don’t understand what God is doing in the moment. But in time, we see that every season was part of His plan.
