saturday (back at @haricotvert 🙃) to celebrate @inthecraftnook 2.0 (an absolute play paradise 😍)

I put together a couple collage spreads using charming things that caught my eye 👀🍬🐚🌸🐬✨ + sprinkled a few of my business cards onto the (very abundant) table too 😅 it was fun to see how others used them in their projects! 🌈

a magical thing happens when creating in a community setting, and I’ve been thinking about (and immersing myself in) that more lately over the last couple years⚡️(more thoughts on this on my substack, which is completely free to read & subscribe to - link in bio 💕)

my punch needle flower mug rugs are officially up in @shopamyventures! 🤗🌸🧶 bundled in sets of 3, in 3 different colorways (for now 😅) - it was like a fun color experiment of sorts to swap the colors I used for the petals, centers, and backgrounds 🌈 I would love to make more of these, but also figured it was time to stop hoarding them 🙃 - I’m also open to color combo requests if you have them! (dm me to commission a custom set 💌)

2023 mood board 〰️ may 2023 be the year of staying curious, dreaming big, inner peace, showing up, taking naps, and everything in between 💫

- it’s never too late to do the things you’ve always wanted to do (hand lettered this morning by yours truly)
- wooden nutcracker that I started painting after christmas but before new year’s and still haven’t finished
- 3 books I bought this week
- my childhood copy of @hilaryduff’s “metamorphosis” (tried playing it in my car this week but it didn’t work)
- resurrected my “book” file folder that I started in jan 2018, hoping to do more writing (and art making) this year even if its “just for me” and never ends up as a published NYT bestseller (but also, wouldn’t that be cool?)
- flower doodle from my childhood, that I found amongst my pokemon drawings circa 2000 (it’s giving big “grow through what you go through” energy)
- nye charcuterie board I assembled last night (the ultimate edible puzzle / 3d painting?!) very fun to make for me. may have been a bit extra for 2 humans and a dog but that’s ok 🥳
- star sugar cookies w/ sprinkles (today’s work in progress), baked using leftover christmas cookie dough
- vintage brass mermaid bottle opener (newly listed in the shop 🥂)
- stewie passed out on the couch promptly after all food festivities were over yesterday and remained there most of today 😂
