In the weeks following the snow storm that devastated Texas back in February, many people are still scrambling to reassemble their livelihoods. This week when you practice with Water Heart Wellness, 100% of your contributions will support @shopchasingindigo an Austin-based, small business that is owned by my dear friend Jenna. She lost nearly all personal and business items in the storm due to a water pipe that burst in her apartment. I hope we can alleviate some of the stress during this hectic time.

Sunday scaries anyone? My mental health has been all over the place lately. I’m 31 and still learning about myself all the time. I feel like I spend way too much time alone and yet have trouble connecting with people. I try to imagine a post covid world. I’m hopeful, but it feels impossible at the same time. This year has fundamentally changed me as a person. Is this my new normal, or will I go back to who I once was? Until then, I’ll just wait for the sun to come out. ☀️
