November working planner series Vol. 3

How do I use @shopdaisypapers custom labels in my dailies? Like this ☝️

My next step in setting up my inserts is to add all my stickers to each section. I place all of my stickers in my inserts like my dailies, so that all of our reoccurring scheduled activities and weekly reminders are already on my pages for me when the time comes to use these inserts. My weeklies are set and waiting for me, my monthlies have all of our events already filled out!

Adding these custom thin label stickers to my daily insert routine has significantly decreased my mental load! I can’t stress that enough 😅 stop trying to remember everything🫶

I have these custom stickers organized in my sticker album by days of the week that they occur and I just go through the whole book and stick them all in order. I don’t even have to think about these things anymore🎉

That’s priceless. IMO.

Find my FREE working planner checklist sticky note in my freebie section-link in bio! I use it to make sure that each month I haven’t forgotten to do anything in each section. Essential for jumping in and out of this throughout the month, you’ve got to know where you left off.

Save with Jenni10 @shopdaisypapers to add these stickers to your set up!

Jenni

HAPPY MAIL!! 📮✉️💌

I love @shopdaisypapers & have been buying her gorgeous custom stickers for years now. The quality is just fabulous & a great choice in colours too. It makes it easy to spot when documenting my son’s diabetes changes with his sensor & new cannulas too now.

Totally recommend her shop

Hey y'all, I hope you're having an amazing day! I received my order from @shopdaisypapers today and I wanted to show you all the amazing goodies that I got. I have loved using them for over a year now and I use them in all my planner sizes. This was the final piece that I needed for my planner setups so I can finally start setting up my planners for 2027. I myself am not an affiliate with Daisy Papers. However I do have a discount code from another creator. You can find her here on Instagram, @_planj and use her code JENNI10 to get 10% off your order. I cannot wait to set up my planner with these beautiful pieces!!!

Sundays are when I like to carve out some time for setting up my inserts for the coming month. Finding regular pockets of time throughout the month that you can dedicate to setting up your inserts, takes a big job and turns it into a bunch of small manageable ones.

Are you joining me this October and trying out my stress-free set up system, too?

November working planner series vol. 1

Join me as I help you learn how to take the stress out of setting up your planner each month.

I am easily using small pockets of time to get all of my inserts ready for the coming month each week. I have created myself a checklist and a system and I’m going to break it down and show you how I do it step-by-step.

Be sure to be following, save these posts so that when November comes, we can all enjoy the moment where we simply take our old inserts out of our rings or disc planners, and pop the new ones in! Already in order, prepped with all of our stickers and notes ready to go!

Can you imagine? I hope you can! You’ll be amazed at how easily it comes together with a plan 🤎

My monthly section

This section gives me more granularity of my months ahead. I keep three months in my planner at a time and I use a MO4P from @8lotus.co called the MN198 lined. I have been using it for years, tried something else a long time ago and came back to it so fast ☺️

I love using my micro icon stickers, colour dots and mini square custom label stickers from @shopdaisypapers on this spread. She really has something for everything and I love using those tiny icons stickers, there’s always enough room to show me what’s on🙌

Let me known if you have any questions!

Curated over many years.

My space started in a closet I turned into a desk nook (I think it helped sell our house), to a basement office without much natural light, now to this space I can’t believe is mine, in our living room, by a big south facing window.

If you’re new here, welcome! Hi! I’m Jenni, a stationary loving teacher, mom of two, wife and lover of beautiful, functional spaces.

I’d still be happy in my little closet desk, because just having a space dedicated to this is all I need. My space is filled with function, beauty and natural elements with calm colours. Things and mementos I have slowly collected my whole life.

What about you? Do you like having a dedicated space or do you prefer to plan nomadically out of a basket or bag? I hope this space inspires you to create a space or spot you look forward to spending time in each day.

I built my system from the bottom up.

That is to say, I didn’t get here by finding inserts and then trying to figure out how to use them. Though I DID that in the beginning and wasted $

I thought, “what do I need to simplify my life?” And found inserts to fill my needs.

Your planner serves you. Not the other way around. So if you find yourself not using inserts or forgetting to fill out your tracker, not having enough time to fill out your weekly, then it’s time to rebuild.

Once you change how you think about your system, everything else in your life changes.

I sure hope you’ll follow me so I can share with you ways to simplify your system, save money, enjoy the process, and live the journey.
