what we saw (and ate) in Ocean City, NJ ☀️

In our opinion, Ocean City doesn’t get nearly enough attention as a Jersey Shore day trip. It’s suuuch a charming beach town with all the essentials: a boardwalk, great snacks, local shops, and plenty to do beyond the beach.

We spent the afternoon thrifting, doing a little retail therapy, grabbing lunch, and scouting out a few gluten-free and dairy-free dessert spots. We ended the day with a boardwalk stroll, rides, candy, and all the classic shore-town fun.

Cue the Al Alberts, because we were On the Way to Cape May this past weekend! 🎶
Just wanted to share a little recap of our trip. Started with the drive down and spent the days just walking the promenade and hanging out by the beach. It’s always so relaxing strolling through town and admiring all the beautiful, historic Victorian houses.
We wandered around the Washington Street Mall, popped into some of the local shops, and made sure to grab our fix from Coffee Tyme. We also had a great meal over at Lucky Bones! The views this weekend were hard to beat—we spent a beautiful evening over at Sunset Beach and even woke up early to catch the sunrise again this morning before heading out. 🌅
Such a nice, easygoing weekend on the shore.
