My last deadlift session at my favorite gym in NH. I remember my first ever time at Heavy Metal Gym back in 2020, my deadlift PR was 185 😂 also - I’ve been in such a DL slump (I DL like once a month now) and ironically enough, my deadlifts just clicked again at HM.

These are the hands, these are the people who butcher, ferment, brine, smoke, cure, bake, cook and serve Filipino food to you.

Who would’ve thought that slingin’ Lechon Sisig in a subdivision’s clubhouse would lead us to this?!

Thank you Michelin, this is such an honor but we would also like to thank the people of Atlanta, the rest of GA and everyone who traveled from other states and did not wait for any accolades or recognition to try Filipino food.

Heavy rain, flash floods, 20 degree weather, 110 degree weather, no parking, pop ups at a parking lot, even a pandemic did not stop you from coming through for some really good Pinoy food.

Para ito sa bawa’t Filipino, sa bawa’t imigrante na nangangarap, saan mang sulok kayo ng mundo.
