🇨🇦 Meet the Team! Chris Pratt of Uxbridge, Ontario, made his major games debut for Canada at the 2006 World Championships held in Aachen, Germany. Incredibly, his next major games appearance is coming exactly 20 years later – at the 2026 World Championships in Aachen, Germany. Chris formed Epic Stables in 2007 and moved to California before eventually relocating to Europe where he represented Canada at iconic events such as CSIO5* La Baule, France, and CSIO5* Rome, Italy. In 2024, Chris began riding for Karen Long Dwight and Glen Fleischer’s Take The High Road, LLC and returned to the international stage as a member of both the Canadian Show Jumping Team and the Northern Lights team for Major League Show Jumping. After producing a double clear performance in the 2026 Wellington Nations’ Cup – just as he had done 20 years earlier – Chris is making a repeat appearance at the 2026 World Championships. @fei_global #WelcomeHome @fei_jumping_ @chriswpratt @canjumpinitiative #YearsInTheMaking @athletescan

Every championship has its final salute 🇨🇦❤️. As we wrap up the 2026 FEI North American Youth Championships, we’re reflecting on so much more than the results. We’re celebrating the early mornings, the quiet moments in the barn, the reassuring pats before heading down centreline, the laughter between teammates, the partnerships with our incredible horses, and the friendships that will last a lifetime. This week, Team Canada’s dressage athletes represented the maple leaf with pride, determination, and heart. Behind every ride was a village of coaches, grooms, owners, parents, supporters, and teammates who made every moment possible. These are the memories that stay with us long after the final salute—the ones that remind us what this championship is truly about. To everyone who was part of our NAYC journey, thank you for making this week so special. We couldn’t be prouder of everything you accomplished, both in and out of the arena. Until next year, NAYC. Thank you for the memories 🍁❤️. #TeamCanada #EquestrianCanada #Dressage #NAYC2026 #ProudlyCanadian
