I am obsessed with embroidery 🪡 on textiles, the texture, the details, the shapes. But what I love most is how these little stitches can tell stories.

I love how they continue to live through garments that are worn and carried into everyday life. 💙🌸🌞

These embroideries are specific to Nagaland, a state in northeastern India. These geometric shapes feel timeless but they’re specific at the same time. I have always wanted to learn embroidery but I have a million hobbies so I am just admiring other people making them for the time being.💙💙💙
