Guys, I took a boat tour of Chicago and learned all about this thing called “architecture” and my humans said I was the very best good girl! 🏙️

My favorite part was when I would see doggies walking on land that I got to watch from the river 🐾

Biggest shoutout to Jack and our friends at @shorelinesightseeing 👏

Is there a time limit on sharing my Chicago Marathon adventures? I hope not, because I have so much still sitting on my phone that I want to post!

The most recommended touristy thing I was told I should do was take an architectural river tour. I’m so glad I did. We went Saturday before the race, and the rest of our stay when I passed by buildings and bridges, I loved knowing a little about their history! @shorelinesightseeing was part of the Chicago @citypass and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour!

Here are some more pictures from the architecture cruise on the Chicago River. Our cruise was narrated by an excellent guide named Kevin (who you can see in the last picture) who explained all the different architectural styles we could see and the history behind many of the buildings. Among other things, some of the buildings you see were featured in the film The Dark Knight and the cover of Wilco's Yankee Hotel Foxtrot. Have a wonderful day, friends! 🤍

Hello, friends! I am back in Tennessee, and it is 90°F (32° C) 🤣! Anyway, my dad ran the Chicago Marathon on Sunday, so we really only had one day for touristy stuff, on Saturday. We went to Navy Pier and went on an architectural cruise on the Chicago River. I'll share more of those pictures later, but I decided to just post this one on its own because it's my favorite, with those autumn leaves and reflections in the buildings behind! Have a lovely day! 🤍
