Influenced again! 🤍☕

This time, it’s Shore Magic Premium Marine Collagen!

I’ve been adding this to my morning coffee, and what I love most is that it doesn’t change the taste or texture one bit! Just an effortless way to add an extra 9 grams of protein to my morning routine.

Now, as for all those wonderful collagen benefits for skin, hair, and nails? I honestly have no idea if it’s doing anything! Maybe it is, maybe it isn’t!

What I do know is that I appreciate the additional protein without having to change anything about my morning coffee.

Are you taking collagen? Have you noticed any real benefits? I’d love to hear! 🔗 in bio to shop!

Ice cube molds 🤝 healthier dessert truffles

I love making desserts in an ice cube tray because it’s basically the perfect vessel for a truffle-sized sweet treat.

These have healthy fats from freshly ground flax and tahini, a little extra protein from collagen, and a layer of 70% dark chocolate on top for some polyphenols!

Tahini Collagen Truffles
• 1 cup flour of choice (I ground @zegofoods oats into oat flour)
• ⅓ cup freshly ground flaxseed
• 3 scoops @shoremagic collagen
• ½ cup tahini
• Splash of vanilla
• 1 tbsp @beekeepers_naturals honey
• 70% dark chocolate + coconut oil, melted

• Add the oat flour, flax, collagen, tahini, vanilla, and honey to a food processor and blend until combined.
• Press the mixture into an ice cube tray. Melt the dark chocolate with a little coconut oil and spoon over the top of each truffle.
• Pop in the freezer until set, then press them out and enjoy!

Listen aging is inevitable !!!!! However there are things you can do to slow that train down just a bit ! I’m not afraid of a few laugh lines or a crease here and there but these products and treatments keep my overall skin texture looking smooth and hydrated ….. Spray tans don’t hurt either 😂❤️
