They put these medals around my neck, and all I could think about was every 4:30 AM alarm I didn't snooze.
Tampa Pro. I showed up, did the work, and brought hardware home.

Nobody sees the boring part. The meals weighed out. The cardio when nobody's watching. The days your body is screaming and you go anyway. That's the whole reason for consistency long after it's fun.

Bet on yourself. Even when the age, the schedule, and every excuse say don't.

And get the right people around you. @tnttank saw it in me before I saw it in myself. My team held the line every step..

But my wife... @lilkatiefranco , you lived every ugly rep of this prep with me. The depletion, the doubt, the days I wasn't easy to be around. You never flinched. This one's as much yours as mine.

What's the thing you'd finally do if you actually bet on yourself?

The only reason you’re not confident is because you don’t trust yourself.

The only reason you don’t trust yourself is because you know you didn’t give it your all.

Swipe right if you like me 💕

OR swipe right if you’re interested in what an 8.2 pound body composition difference looks like on me.

Once you get smaller, the changes you see when a single pound falls off are so much greater than the changes in body composition at a higher body fat. A few pounds could be the difference between road maps and essence of vein (iykyk)
