it’s honestly such a great tool for becoming comfortable with being seen! (somatics, that is👀)

looking “weird” doing these things is gonna be SO WORTH IT when you realize how much better you feel (and look) after🗣️

hit up my girl @healingwithkink for more guidance with somatic shibari, a tool that can be super supportive for you if feeling •held• helps you down-regulate (me too!)

stick around to learn more on somatics around visibility, or treat yourself to a photoshoot where you can experience them for yourself🌀

what helps YOU get your ✨ together before a big moment? lmk in the comments!

the internal experience of •being seen• is THE MOST important aspect to work on when developing your authentic expression🌺🌀

whether we’re doing somatic photography or just the somatics, my sessions are a space where you can take your mask off and rest into who you already are🫧

honored to create spaces where you can come build proof that’s visibility is safe and exciting🤍 pembroke pines, south fl.📍

you can’t photograph someone’s true essence unless you create the conditions where it can actually come through✨

(meaning: no you can’t just pose your way into it)

this template changed up the colors of my photos a lot lol. but you can see my works on my page🪷

if you’re awkward and stiff in front of the camera i GOT YOU🤝 i take a very personalized approach when supporting people in 1:1 sessions, but these are some super important basics that everyone can keep in mind💫

if you struggle with getting your photo taken/being seen, come for a shoot and let’s rewire tf out of that!!!
