56 weeks of work. 1 year of absolute dedicsion for this 1 show.

110% effort. No stone left unturned turned. I have this prep my whole body, mind heart and soul.

I can confidently say that there is not a single thing I regret or held back. This was it.

Now the work is done. And we ARE READY

I feel it in the universe. I am so close…

1 day out.

12 years of dreaming since I was 16 years old.

4 years of relentless work and dream chasing.

6 shows, 1 overall, countless wins and losses.

1 year of perfect work. 56 weeks of blood sweat and tears.

25 weeks of prep. 110% effort. No some unturned.

I can proud fully say that there is not a single thing I didn’t do. Not a single regret.

This is the best effort and best package I have ever bright to life.

That my goal. First call outs so I can fight and show what I am made of.

DAY 1 |
USA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS 🇺🇸 |

Wednesday started with arriving in Las Vegas and getting straight to work.

We got our first workout in at New Tech Gym, @newtechgym then had the opportunity to pose with Jonas @makemoveswithjonas and get another experienced set of eyes on the guys before they step onto the national stage.

Peak week is never a one-person job.

It takes a team. It takes a village. It takes coaches working together, communicating, paying attention to every detail, and making sure every athlete feels supported throughout the entire process.

As the TRNSFRM coaching team, we are consistently managing travel, counting macros, timing meals, monitoring water, sodium, digestion, stress, recovery, health, and the overall mindset of each athlete.

At this point, the work has already been done.

Our job is to keep the guys calm, confident, healthy, focused, and locked into the plan. No unnecessary stress. No guessing. No last-minute chaos.

Just teamwork, consistency, calculated adjustments, and trust in the process.

This is what TRNSFRM is about.

Athletes, coaches, teammates, and a full village working together toward one goal.

Day 1 complete. Our TRNSFRM team is just getting started.

2 days out, coming for revenge this time 😤

3 years ago, I came USA’s and got second call outs.

Embraced and humiliated, I came home with a plan. Work to become undeniable.

3 years of work, 1 overall later later. We are coming back, and Better than ever.

The final push is always me vs me

I am my biggest enemy. I get in my head.

My self talk turns into self doubt. I start to question not my effort , but my ability to actually achieve.

Did I do enough? Am I good enough to become a IFBB PRO.

Undoubtedly, there is nothing more I could have done. But what if that’s not enough?

Am I to small? To fat? To weak? Out muscled again like always?

Everyone has self doubt, but it’s the ones who constantly battle those demons that end up on top.

My confidence wins. I AM A WINNER. I BELIVE IN MYSLEF.

If my time is not now, that’s okay! I will never give up on my dreams, and I will always be laughing myself. Why?

Because I love this sport. I love the challenge, the dream, the process.

Time will tell if it’s enough, regardless of the outcome, I will wake up Monday and continue the work.

That’s what puts the demons away.

And having a kick ass coach in my corner helps me keep my head on my shoulders as well. 🙏🏻 @shaneheugly
