Updated record board looks mean 😤… @hustle.tc is building a special fraternity here in Colorado. This record board doesn’t come close to doing it justice. Those of you that have been apart of it…we see you, we love you. #dynasty #discusthrow #hammerthrow #shotput

Big announcement! New addition to @csutrackfieldxc squad. A Federal judge awarded this athlete another season of eligibility! It’s a miracle. Take a look at video analysis of his amazing discus throwing talent. @onform_trackandfield @mattiasborrman @marshackley

Our 15-week off-season special is here — open to all throwers, regardless of level. Whether you’re chasing a national final or just want to come back next season stronger, this is built for you.

This programme was designed and optimised working directly with professional athletes, featuring the same protocols used by @chaseypoosp during her offseason, and now it’s available to any thrower who wants that same pro-level S&C without the pro-level price tag. It runs 5th October ‘26 through 17th January ‘27.

Inside you’ll get optimised throws-specific S&C programming, full app-based access to every session, weekly video reviews with written feedback, monthly check-in calls, community forum access, and load monitoring and recovery guidance.

We want to see throwers thrive so are keeping the price as low as we can for £300/$405 which can also be paid in 3 installments of £100/$135!
Spots are limited and filling on a first-come, first-served basis. Once they’re gone, they’re gone — so don’t sit on this one too long.

Ready to lock in your off-season? DM @mj.strength or email hello@chaseing.gold to claim your spot before they run out.

We are proud of what we do, the athletes we coach, and the great things they achieve🥇Our club is both track AND field: We take great care in developing the field events along side our sprinters. It is our job to get athletes to college, and hopefully on scholarship. If you desire to be a college track and field athlete, check out the track application 🔗 in our bio

Senior season was such a dream, even though I had it highs and its lows , but I wouldn’t have changed a thing.

When I first started throwing, my middle school coach told me that she didn’t care if I was a district champion, she wanted me to be a state champion. I’m so glad I was able to keep my word and say that I am the 2026 5A Girls discus champion I won with a throw of 130’9”, and I am also the 2026 5A Girls shotput runner-up. I threw a new PR of 39’ 5.5”. I’m so proud of myself for the hard work that I’ve put in, all the practices off-season, or early mornings made it all worth it in the end!

Thank you so much Gabi and Jackson Morris, you are the best coaches I could’ve ever asked for and I’m so grateful for you. You inspire me every day to persevere through the hard times and enjoy the good times. I’m so grateful for everything you have done for me. Thank you.

Thank you to my family for always supporting me, and being there for me when I’m struggling. I love you all so much and I’m so grateful for you. Dad thank you for stepping up and coaching me during this high school season, I’m so glad that I was able to experience this joy with you. Momma thank you for always putting on the team dinners and making my senior season something worth remembering. Sage thank you for showing up for me every time, and taking off work to come see my meet. I love you so much and I’m so glad that you are my biggest supporters!

The people that I’ve been competing against for my high school career are some of my closest friends, I’m so grateful for you all, and can’t wait to see what amazing things you continue to do. You all are so incredible and I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to spend my time with. Thank you for always pushing me, and driving me to be the best competitor, friend, and person that I can you all hold a special place in my heart.

To all the coaches that supported me throughout my time in high school, thank you all for being part of my support system, and allowing me to lean on you when I was struggling, or hurting. You have no idea how much it means to me.

I’m so excited to continue my throwing career at the collegiate level!

Just got back from the west coast, and if we’re being honest, both meets were pretty mid. Training seems to be trending in the right direction, but I’m having some trouble translating it to a meet environment. I’m really confident in the work being done, just frustrated in the results… really the lack there of.

Spending time with my people took the sting off of the performance aspect of things. One of the best things about our sport is the people in it.

Onward and upward. Back to work we go.
