Saturday, New South Family Medicine, Impact Physical Therapy, and our Artemis Fitness team came together to talk about perimenopause, strength training, and navigating changes in our bodies with confidence.

An opportunity to ask questions, try something new, and connect with people who care about helping women get stronger and feel their best.

Thanks to our partners for sharing their expertise with us and for everyone that joined us. We are so grateful to be a part of your support system 🙏💚

@shotsbyrand beautiful work, Jiu-Jitsu is an amazing journey—full of love, friendships, growth, and a community that fills seats at your table you didn’t even know were empty.
Competition is about more than medals. It’s about testing yourself, supporting your teammates, learning through every win and loss, and building bonds with people who become family.
Go find something you love—and give it everything you’ve got. 🥋🔥
