POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This one is special to me. ❤️

I’ve been working with @showtime_.g2 for years.

I’ll never forget the day his parents didn’t call or send a text.

They drove all the way to Vivian, sat in my office, looked me in the eye, and said they were ready to make the sacrifice.

From that day forward…

They never stopped believing.

I’ve watched Greg put on muscle.

I’ve watched him lose body fat.

I’ve watched him become stronger physically and mentally.

I’ve watched him battle through one of the toughest senior years imaginable.

Then adversity hit again.

Just weeks before a huge opportunity, he pulled his hamstring.

Most athletes would’ve shut it down.

Not Greg.

He kept showing up.

He kept training.

He kept preparing like another opportunity was coming.

And when it did…

He was ready.

That’s the lesson.

You don’t train because an opportunity is guaranteed.

You train because one day an opportunity will show up, and you refuse to let preparation be the reason you miss it.

Greg reports to college on August 8th—my birthday. ❤️

I couldn’t be more proud of the man he’s becoming.🤞🏾

Parents, this is why I always say…

Stop chasing someone else’s dream for your athlete. Help them chase THEIR dream.

When a family commits to the process, amazing things can happen.

Keep climbing. ❤️🤞🏾🧠💎🧗‍♂️

All glory to God for allowing me to play the game I love for majority of my life with no major injuries or health problems. I want to thank my family for always believing in me and encouraging me when times get rough. I want to thank my coaches for pushing me to do my best and always pushing me to be my best not only in basketball, but in the classroom and in real life situations. Thank you to all of my teammates I had over the years for helping me, Encouraging me, and pushing me to be my best. And to my senior teammates who have been there since middle school, I appreciate and love y’all from the bottom of my heart and couldn’t thank y’all enough. Much love to yall boys.#24 Out✌🏾

This athlete @2_._szn knocked off time in all major test drills.
Not because of hype.
But because of structure, real training, and consistent accountability.
We track numbers. We track progress.
And the results speak louder than any guesswork.

Parents — this is what development looks like.
It’s not just showing up…
It’s showing growth.

🚨Tag an athlete who needs to stop guessing.
Save this if you’re ready to take your training serious.
Follow for more real results. 🚨

The first 5 yards of your 40-yard dash are EVERYTHING! 💨 If your drive phase isn’t explosive, your time will suffer. We’re locked in on perfecting the start so you can shave time off your sprint!

🔥 Save this & start training the right way!
💪🏾 Speed starts with technique.
📈 A strong drive = a faster 40.
