🔥TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY🔥 Shruti has gained confidence and lost weight, but most importantly, she has found peace with her mental health thanks to Burn! “Before I joined burn I was very depressed. Even after joining Burn, I could not give my 100% because of work pressure but then came Covid. I learned to workout at my own pace and also could cook food and not eat junk outside. I never thought I would be in love with Burn one day, when I started burn I was very lethargic, and my stamina was very bad, but now I can lift heavier, run a little faster, and I’m more clear at my thought process after working out. Most importantly, I started to fall in love with myself and accept me with all my flaws. I have lost around 50 lbs now my aim is reduce my body fat. I feel I m doing lot better with my mental health. Working out is like meditation. I feel a lot more confident and happy. I try going 4 days a week. Thanks to all my trainers Meredith, Christa ,Mike and Kristina for all your help. Kristina had really made me going during those virtual workouts and without Meredith I would probably not know what to do next. Thanks for showing the right direction.” - Shruti Nallari, Burn Boot Camp Harrisburg, NC
