Houston College Campus Tour Series!!! 🧡✨

Hey Houston, Suburbs & Tourists!!! @thathoustonmom here and my 1st baby is currently touring colleges in the Houston area!!! I’m so proud of her. We are transplants to Houston so we are new to the TX college scene and are learning so much as we go so wanted to share this journey with y’all. This is the 1st school I’m sharing, but plan to share more.

This is Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX. We attended their Saturday at SAM event, highly recommend doing so if you are touring schools too.

The best way I can describe this school is if Chick-Fil-A created a college, it would be Sam Houston. I loved how organized, clean, friendly and affordable it was!

My daughter is interested in the Medical pathway and I love how it gave us Baylor vibes without the Baylor drive & price tag.

Have you gone to Sam Houston in Huntsville? If so, would absolutely love your real reviews commented below. 👇

PS. If you went to a different Houston area or TX college, would absolutely love to hear where you went and if you would recommend it. Trying to keep her local if I can. 🙊

🩺✨ “Nursing is about trust and advocacy.”

This message says so much in just a few words.

#Nursing is not only about skills and knowledge — it is about showing up for people in their most vulnerable moments with compassion, courage, and a voice that protects their dignity.

I love seeing reminders like this because they bring us back to the heart of the profession. At its best, nursing is #Trust, service, presence, and #Advocacy in action.

To every student, nurse, and future leader: keep going. The world needs nurses who care deeply, speak boldly, and lead with heart. 💙

Here’s to the beauty of the calling, the strength of our profession, and the future of #FutureNurses as we keep #MovingNursingForward.
