Self-love is the best love 💕… and what better way to celebrate than writing a love letter to yourself? 💌

We were grateful to gather in community this Valentine’s Day to vent, learn new coping skills, and write a note to our future selves, one we’ll open a year from now. There’s something powerful about pouring into the person you’re becoming.

If you missed our first meeting, no worries! We have so much more to unpack at our next therapy session with Dr. Brittany Harrell.🌻

Sign-up using the link in our bio, see you on March 3rd 🤍

Studying in style 🤓📚

This year’s SNA fundraiser shirts & sweatshirts are too good to pass up 👏🏼 Cozy for late-night study sessions, cute enough for clinical prep coffee runs ☕️💉

Grab yours through the link in our bio or our story highlights before it closes on 02/25! 🩺❤️ #StudentNurseLife #SNA #shsuson

To our faculty: thank you for showing up for us, guiding us, pouring hours into lectures and exams, one-on-one sessions, and preparing us to become the best nurses for our communities. 🤍

To our nursing students: the long nights, early mornings, endless studying, clinicals, and everything in between, we see you - we are you. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and it will pay off. You WILL become a nurse! 🌹

Today we’re giving flowers, but really… we’re giving appreciation, love, and recognition for all that you do.

With gratitude,
Your Code Calm family 💐✨
