"Cause I am do for a Miracle …”

@thrice at @pearltheaterlv l in Las Vegas.

Holy shit, this band sounds massive right now. “Gnash” is an absolute monster live, “Silhouette” still hits like a truck, and the whole room was singing along to ever song. Thrice is king.

“Remind not to ever act this way again…” 🎶

Last stop of the tour. @takingbacksunday at @pearltheaterlv in Las Vegas.

Adam sounded fucking fantastic, plenty of Louder Now, and getting to see John Nolan and Fred Mascherino sharing a stage was something else. They sounded great!

Had the opportunity to take in the penultimate performance of Weird Al’s Bigger and Weirder tour Friday night at the Resch Center in Green Bay with coverage for Shutter 16. It was a fun gig, but I confirmed that for me, Al is best administered in micro doses. Two hours was a bit two much zaniness for me. Still extremely glad to have witnessed the master.

When you have the opportunity to cover a Weezer show, you “Say Yes,” even when you’ve had a crazy week leading up to it with more craziness to follow. Just do it and embrace the crazy. Covered for Shutter 16 Magazine. Find a link to my review in my story.
