The Enticer Mentorship Intensive Training Program 2022 was one for the books! What an amazing 6 weeks it’s been working with this group of hard working women. THESE GIRLS RIGHT HERE!! 😮‍💨Eager, hungry, dedicated. Just another reminder of why I do what I do!!

The pleasure has truly been mine. Thank you all for your contribution to this concert, for allowing yourselves to get out of your heads and into your bodies, for pushing yourselves, and for showing up and showing out. So much love for every single one of you! I wish you all the best of luck and success as you continue to work on your personal goals and dance goals❤️❤️❤️

More posts coming 🥰

On my birthday, I got to dance, dance, DANCE. Teaching with @thenameistazz is a beautiful thing. We learn from each other and read each other’s energies in an unspoken language and for that, I am truly grateful. We brought a piece back that we started a year ago and what better night to bring it out than last night. Videos from @andy.mor5 and @enticebytazz_ @thenameistazz coming soon and round two of “Juicy” next week at @klass.mpls

I was surrounded by love, smiles, sweat, tears, friends, and a beautiful, grounding energy for this Taurus lady right here and she spent the rest of the night dancing it away with her sisters. Thank you @lyd.nicole.xo @eiramanois @emily.stucky @sincerely.shel @thenameistazz @inkthatshitup_kato @laffytaffet and @keith_millions for making last night truly special ✨❤️

It was a great release, a carefree moment & I was truly grounded in that moment. I was living by my life values. Express gratitude, show up for others as well as myself, stay grounded in my purpose even if I fall, & treat others with the respect and kindness. I received some beautiful flowers, wine, some champagne, all of which reminded me of another chapter blossoming before me, growth inducing and excitement bubbling. Thank you all so much. I am beyond blessed and grateful for all of the birthday wishes and love from everyone!

I started the week out at my favorite local restaurant for brunch, followed by announcing my birthday giveaway winners for tonight’s class, & a yummy bday dinner at @allsaintsmpls with @dbbbbbbbbbbb ✨thank you for the birthday celebration babe!😘Teaching at Klass on my birthday with Tazz was a meaningful experience I will treasure forever. The encouragement & love in the room was energizing & inspiring. I will continuing celebrating this past year around the ☀️ throughout the month of May & you will see me out & about supporting those around me of course :)

In case you are still reading this, for the month of May, those that come to What Moves You will be entered into a drawing for a free 1 hour private with me. Each class you take is an entry ✨❤️ xoxo Rach

I’m so grateful for the people and love that I have in my life around me everyday. I would rather make memories with people than receive gifts and that is exactly what my girls and I did. My girls really showed out for my any I love every single one of them with all of my heart.

A special thank you to my man @obsidianfocal who spoiled me this weekend! I love you and appreciate the hell outta you babe! 💕

What a blessing this past year was with its challenges, discoveries, friendships all new, lost, rediscovered and deeper, growth, love, and inspiration. I’m still processing it all and that is going to take a while but here are some snippets of this past year. I saw friends I hadn’t seen in over a year, danced in two showcases for @thenameistazz @enticebytazz_ , performed at a Timberwolves game with @andymor_5 , began teaching at @theworkroom.mn , partook in a @thegalenhooksmethod intensive in Atlanta, was asked to be a bridesmaid at @__kdups wedding, saw a lot of wrestling with @sweetberrywine__ , made a lot of yummy food, saw @therollingstones and made time for friends and our cats with @dbbbbbbbbbbb and so many more memories and accomplishments.

With that being said, I’m focusing on continued momentum of moving forward into the new year. 2021 was tough for a lot of folks and I will do whatever I can to support, lift up and elevate those around me and in the the dance community. Take the time to rest, drink lots of water, tell someone you love them, and take a deep breath. Here we go, 2022! Let’s get it!

I’ll be sharing more over the next week into 2022, as I was incredibly busy in 2021, for which I am grateful but clearly lacking in the post department 😅😜

Love to you all and Happy New Year ✨🍾🥂❤️

About last night… THANK YOU OMG! The way I got to see these beautiful movers do something completely different and EMBODY THIS CHOREO 👀🥵❤️🔥Y’all did that and I am so proud. I could talk technique all day and the way critiques were applied. Sheeeeesh. Stunning.

@caylaroseaquarius it was so good seeing you move. I have always been inspired by your presence and the way you make a piece your’s. I am so thankful my class was a way for you to release and ease back into dance again. Love love love that so much 🥰

@eiramanois & @emily.stucky I have no words. My jaw was on the floor watching you move. Always feels so good dancing around your energy. Also, huge shout out to @emily.stucky for having me break in your heels 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣 my dumb ass forgot mine hahaha

“What Moves You” is every other Wednesday at @theworkroom.mn from 7:30-9pm $20. We always do a warm up, an across the floor/exercise of some sort, and then get to the combo to apply whatever the focus is on that class.

I will be teaching part 2 of this combo Dec. 1. No worries if you don’t know the first part but I challenge you to try to learn from my previous post 😜✨

Love to you all and see you next time ❤️✨
