Today, I celebrate every woman who has had to start over, face uncertainty, and keep going.

As a Latina immigrant, I know what it’s like to step into the unknown while holding onto big dreams. I’ve worked with women rebuilding their lives after reentry, moms doing their best for their families, and young girls finding their confidence.

It’s not always easy, but we keep moving forward. One step at a time.

💜 Tag a woman who inspires
you.

✨ 150 People. One Common Feeling. ✨

Over the past few days at the Slamdance Film Festival, we shared the Dolphin Experience with more than 150 people, and something incredible happened—everyone described the same sensations:

🌊 “It took me to another place – I was able to relax.”
🐬 “The underwater experience and dolphins were so soothing.”
💙 “It helps calm anxiety and depression symptoms.”
🔊 “I felt like I was truly there – the sounds and movement were so real.”

As one of the producers, I couldn’t be more grateful for this journey and for the amazing team that brought this vision to life. Thank you to everyone who made this possible! 🎉

If you could be transported anywhere for a moment of peace, where would it be? Tell me in the comments! 👇🏽

🙏In today’s world, where most people struggle to focus, why do wellness experts still say, ‘Repeat a mantra, stay focused, take a breath’?
🙏Because they fail to see the reality of our time; they remain stuck in outdated, ineffective methods. Our world has changed completely, so our spirituality must also evolve and adapt to our extremely stressful times.
🙏For a decade we develop a revolutionary meditation way without any exercise, any efforts of concentration. Discover in my YouTube channel

Last night was a powerful reminder that resilience is something we build together.✨

We gathered to watch the Resilience sizzle reel, celebrate Meditate Like a Dolphin’s award at the Culver City Film Festival, and witness something even more special—the training of six military veterans stepping up to become meditation teachers.

These moments aren’t just events; they are proof that transformation is possible. That healing is real. That someone who once struggled can now lead others toward calm.

As we continue documenting this journey, one thing is clear: resilience creates ripples that reach far beyond what we can see. 💙

🙏Singing is medicine because its calming energy goes beyond words and concepts.

🙏Singing helps us be simple, and simplicity is one of the most difficult experiences to achieve today.

🙏With stress, we become more and more complicated—for no reason—unable to see a situation deeply and clearly.

🙏Medicine chanting heals mental confusion in an instant.

🙏This sequence is from the film Resilience, which I have the blessing to direct every day.

In January 2026, you will discover the film, with our Exceptional Veterans, also @becomecgpro in movie theaters and on streaming platforms.

🙏In Los Angeles, we are 11 million people impacted by mental toxins—another form of pollution that is extremely toxic and contagious.

🙏We breathe in all the pain, fear, and anxiety of everyone around us.

🙏What can we do?
🙏How can we transform this darkness into light?

🙏Many people say we need to pray, and this is so important.

🙏But if we are stressed, the energy of our prayers is also affected. We need to calm our minds, for ourselves and for others.

🙏In LA, we must become 11 million meditation teachers.

🙏The moment you calm someone’s mind, you immediately boost their dopamine—the hormone of joy, positivity, and resilience.

🙏Nothing is more important than calming our minds in the chaos of our world.

🙏It is the fastest way to recover and to never give up. This is not just my opinion, nor a belief, but a neurochemical fact.

🙏All my prayers from the bottom of my soul to everyone in Los Angeles, My City since 13 years.

🙏Facing California’s biggest fire, Mother Nature is speaking to us.

🙏She is asking us to completely change our attitude and transform our ignorance into awareness, our stress in calmness.

🙏Let’s turn this tragedy into a global symbol of awareness.

🙏We must transform our ignorance into hope for the world. And before the Olympic Games in Los Angeles, everyone in LA needs to come together to become a world symbol of awareness—protecting our environment, creating the cleanest air, and making LA the safest place in the world.

🙏Los Angeles and California have been the birthplace of so much innovation: entertainment, computing, the film industry, organic food, and music.

🙏Now, we need to pioneer a new way of life.

🙏This tragedy is a Spiritual Big Bang and must become a source of hope for the world.

🙏We have no other choice but resilience.

🙏With a group of exceptional Military Veterans, we are created in Los Angeles, “Resilience” the first group of Emergency Calmness Responders to help everyone by calming the mind. We are also filming this unique adventure for LA and for the world.

🙏I created Emergency Calmness to help each of you face any disaster situation, whether it’s the fires in Los Angeles, hurricanes, wars, or personal tsunamis.

🙏In the face of any disaster, calmness is the only way to be less affected, to suffer less, and to find solutions to rebuild our lives.

🙏Watch this audio-video again and again, and practice with me to calm your mind effortlessly—without any strain or breathing exercises.

Preparations often take longer than the actual event—just like in life. Each day, we are creating our own life movie. Enjoy and appreciate the process!
