Happy Tuesday, October 20, 2026! ❤️

Sometimes, in the face of adversity, even while sitting in a hospital waiting for appointments and test results, you have time to reflect on the positives in life. Today, that’s exactly what I’m choosing to do.

As we enter the final week of Hell’s Kitchen’s first national tour in Toronto, I want to recognize what an incredibly special group of people make up this company.

Their talent is extraordinary, but what makes them even more special is who they are as human beings. Kind, genuine, hardworking, and wonderful individuals who, despite making me feel incredibly old most of the time, have brought so much joy into my life! 😂❤️

If you’re in Toronto this week, PLEASE do yourself a favour and see this show! Treat yourself to an unforgettable evening of music, talent, and heart. You won’t regret it!

To the entire company, I’m proud to support you and will always be happy to be there for you in any way possible moving forward.

Except for jogging. That’s where I draw the line! LOL! 😂

Even on difficult days, there is always something positive to appreciate if we choose to look for it.

Happy Tuesday, everybody! ❤️

This show will always make me emotional as it was the first show I saw as a little tot during its long run @hollywoodpantagestheatre . Visiting this show on Broadway was a true theatre bucket-list moment for me. I expected to cry, as I always do, but hearing the welcoming to everyone seeing their first Broadway show had me crying before the show even started! Timeless and great for all ages, @thelionking will always be a top show for me!

Summer 2026 you were good to me. Thank you for the lessons, the laughs, and the growth. Touched the ocean and visited the mountains. PLAAAAANTS! Had moments of solitude and invested in friendships. Mexico, Florida, Memphis, and all around NYC. I’m blessed. I’m loved. I’m enough. Fall is my favorite so here we go! 🌊🪴⛰️

Broadway meets the Pilates reformer ✨🦁

We had the pleasure of welcoming members of Disney’s The Lion King on Broadway to The Wellness Den for a private Pilates class and the energy was unmatched!

Inspired by the incredible dancers who move NYC, we’re excited to introduce our Community Class for Professional Dancers and Performers: a space to build strength, improve mobility, support recovery, and move together outside of rehearsal & performance.

Because your body is your instrument, take care of it. 🤍

Professional Dancers and Performers come move with us.
📍 Upper East Side, NYC
