To the sport that changed my life forever, thank you.

Thank you to my family for always believing in me no matter what. Thank you mom and dad for taking me to every single practice and cheering me on for every single meet. And Erin and Sara, I’m so lucky to have done this sport with my two best friends and have you both as teammates for life.

Thank you to all my coaches for impacting my life so much and for inspiring me every day.

Congratulations are in order for our 4 member team at the recently concluded World Aquatic Championships 2024 🥳🥳 Jamaica is incredibly proud of your efforts Jessica, Emily, Sidrell and Josh!

Special congratulations to Emily McDonald who achieved a new PB in the women’s 100m freestyle, 57.57, to become the fastest Jamaican woman at the championships in that event and to Jessica Calderbank who came 29th out of 45 swimmers in the women’s 100m butterfly!

Thank you also to the coaches and supporters for this incredible journey for our swimmers.
