POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

BEHIND!” “HOT!” “86 IT!” “ON THE FLY!”

To the average person, it sounds like complete fucking chaos.

To a cook, it’s just another Tuesday.

Kitchens have their own language. Their own rules. Their own strange code of honor.

I’ve spent a good part of my life in those kitchens. Some were beautiful. Some were brutal. Most were a little of both.

I’ve worked alongside people whose names never appeared on a menu, whose faces never made the newspaper, but who could save your ass on a Saturday night with a pair of tongs, a sharp knife, and absolutely no patience for bullshit.

Those are the people you remember.

Looking through these old photographs, I don’t see plates of food. I see the people, the pressure, the laughter, the mistakes, the lessons, and the kind of friendships you can only forge when you’re all getting your asses kicked together.

Long before Chef Share was an idea, there was the brigade.

A collection of cooks, chefs, dishwashers, and misfits who understood something the rest of the world rarely sees:

Nobody gets through service alone.

That’s the spirit behind Chef Share.

Not another shiny piece of technology pretending to understand the restaurant business.

A network built around the people who actually do the work.

The ones who show up. The ones who give a damn. The ones you’d gladly go into battle with again.

Now I want to hear from the kitchen veterans.

What’s the ONE phrase from your kitchen days that still makes you laugh, cringe, or immediately break into a cold sweat?

Mine might be: “WHO CLOSED LAST NIGHT?” 😂

Drop yours in the comments. And tag someone you’d go back into the weeds with tomorrow.

CHEF SHARE
Skilled Hands. Stronger Kitchens.

Girlll dinner @sienarestaurant in Mashpee, Cape Cod! 🍝🍸

This was an amazing dinner (and bevs) before hitting the raw bar in Falmouth. Our cosmos were $14 ish and came with a side car, which was a full second drink. We only needed one! The pasta portions were huge (we did one half portion, one full portion) and left feeling full! Highlyyy recommend for a good deal & delicious bites!

Overall: 3.65 Chars ⭐️
