@cartercampbe112 lost 1st round. Then wrestled NINE matches Saturday to take 4th. Then comes back Sunday and takes 2nd in a hammer filled bracket. Hes a senior and unsigned‼️ What ⁉️

The squad wrestled TOUGH all weekend. Couldn’t be prouder of their grit and courage to implement new skills. All are taking next steps on their journey and becoming. That is the goal.

Don’t believe the doubters.
Many are leaving their best wrestling in the training room. Dial in your training and save the good stuff for the tournament

We offer online training so you don’t have to leave your club and your friends to get access to better Methods. But we offer club, camps and clinics too.

Do more meaning work. The results speak for themselves

Two of my buddies that I got to know this season, both when I was shooting wrestling photography and when wearing a whistle on the mat, came this close 🤏 to making history at their respective schools with each school's first Girls' Wrestling State Championship. They each finished second in Girls 1A-5A division in their respective weight classes.

Jurnei Briscoe, a Freshman at Hayden, has 3 more goes at gold, and Presley Blackwell, a Junior at Ashville, has one more go.

I'm confident both will be standing one step higher on the podium next year.

Then there's Heather Butler of Shades Valley... Heather is the daughter of the first wrestler I coached to an individual state wrestling championship all the way back in 2006. I coached Heath Butler in 7th and 8th grade as his Jr High coach, and then as a senior as his Varsity coach. He won his first state title his senior year, my first year as varsity head coach at his alma matter.

Like father, like daughter, Heather is a beast of a wrestler, and won state in the 6A-7A division with an injured knee.

I love how quickly the sport of girls' wrestling is advancing in the state of Alabama, and being a witness to its history in the making.
