Today, we get to celebrate the one who made me a momma and his beautiful fiancée! Hunter and Sierra will be married in a private ceremony surrounded by family on October 2, but today is all about them.

Hunter and Sierra, I pray blessings upon blessings over both of you. May you always seek Christ first, desire Him daily, and love the Lord with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength.

Let’s go, Team Shuff! And, of course, let’s go, Gators!

UPDATE:
Well....hold your orders! I just received mine in the mail and noticed that the second page of devotional ONE is misplaced! That mistake is totally on me. Let me know if you have already purchased. I want to make it right.
I'll let you know when the book is corrected. It usually takes less than 48 hours for it to be corrected and ready for publishing again.
Bless!
My apologies.

It’s here!
Each short devotion is a true story from our family to yours—toes in the sand, shells in pockets, storms in life—turned into a life lesson that draws you nearer to Jesus.
This book is for anyone longing for peace and the serenity that comes from being still before the Lord.
THANK YOU, LORD. TO GOD BE ALL YHE GLORY!

Thirty years ago, you brought us the incredible joy of becoming first-time parents. I still recall your dad watching March Madness while I was in labor, and having to pace the hospital halls and doing squats to encourage you to make your grand entrance. The doctor informed us that you weren’t getting enough oxygen and that a c-section was needed. I can vividly picture your precious face, your beautiful coloring, and that full head of hair as we welcomed our “Little Man” on the first day of spring.
We pray for countless blessings upon you this year. 2026 is shaping up to be a momentous year! With your new home and your wedding preparations, may this year be filled with incredible experiences.
Always seek God’s guidance in your life, bringing Him glory in all that you do. Love the Lord with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength.
Live boldly and love deeply.
Happy 30th birthday, Hunter! We love you so, so much and couldn’t be prouder of you!

For months now, I’ve found my mentality at odds with my spirituality. While my walk with the Lord remains steadfast, my mission has felt a bit wobbly. As followers of Jesus Christ, we’re called to share the Good News (Matthew 28:19 ). I find joy in learning about Jesus, but the sharing part has been challenging lately.

I’ve let the potential judgment of others seep into my thoughts, and my desire to step back from social media feels contradictory to my mission of sharing what I believe I’m called to do.

Are you grappling with similar feelings about social media?

After months of prayer and meditation on Scripture, God’s voice became clear. While reading Luke 19:1-10, the story of Zacchaeus illuminated what I sensed was God’s direction for me. My key takeaways from Zacchaeus’s story were:
•Anticipate Jesus’ coming with excitement and joy.
•Ensure that your outward lifestyle reflects your inward transformation in Christ.
•Continue your God-given work, regardless of what others say.

The third point stands out to me. Jesus didn’t let the opinions of others (as noted in verse 7) deter Him from being who He is. His kindness, openness, and love led to a profound transformation in Zacchaeus’s life.

I pray for the courage to boldly share my love for Jesus with others. I want to focus on Christ rather than getting lost in the distractions of technology. Are you with me? I also pray this for you: be bold in your faith and your walk with Jesus Christ. Don’t let what you think others may or may not want to hear hinder your ability to share the Good News. Be genuine; share His love. Ultimately, His opinion is the one that matters most.

If you seek to understand how to live fully, I encourage you to read the greatest book ever written—open your Bible daily and read with intention. Prepare to be inspired and challenged by the words of God.

Blessings to you and yours,
Stephanie
