Six months at Compass. And what a ride it's been! 🖤

Six months ago, each of us made a move with big goals, fresh energy, and a vision for what we could build. We found each other, realized our visions align, and we are stronger together.

And we've been BUSY!

🏡 43 homes sold
💰 Over $39 MILLION in sales
🆕12 listings coming soon
🏘️9 active listings
💵$5.5 MILLION Pending
🥂 6 months of growth, collaboration, and momentum

Our collaborative serves the entire Bay Area, and part of SoCal. And we will continue to grow.

But the numbers only tell part of the story.

Behind every closing is a family starting a new chapter, a client who trusted us with one of life's biggest decisions, and a team of agents who genuinely support and celebrate each other.

We're proud of what we've accomplished in just six months, grateful for the clients and colleagues who made it possible, and even more excited about what's ahead.

Six months down. We're just getting started.

Here's to bigger dreams, stronger connections, and many more keys handed over! 🔑

Here’s what most people don’t realize about negotiating: it’s not about winning. It’s about landing somewhere that makes sense for both people at the table.

The seller has a number they need to walk away with. The buyer has a number that fits their budget and their peace of mind. A good deal lives in the space between those two numbers, and finding that space takes strategy, not pride.
Depending on your rate and down payment, that $15K could be around $100 a month on a 30-year loan. Sometimes the house you love is worth meeting in the middle. And sometimes walking away really is the right call. The key is knowing which one you’re facing before emotions make the decision for you.

That’s my job: helping you understand the numbers, read the other side, and know when to hold firm and when to bend.

Buying or selling in the East Bay? Let’s make sure your next negotiation ends with keys, not regrets 🔑

What a week!!! You know the saying “what a privilege to be tired from the work you prayed for”. That definitely describes this week.

Balancing my real estate business, my volunteer work, family and friends has made this a very full week!

There were early mornings and long days a lot of conversations, running from one thing to the next. But I wouldn’t have it any other way, I am reminded this is exactly what I prayed for! A business I care deeply about, that allows me to help people, being involved in my community and still making time for the people who love and support me🧡🧡

I’m tired and grateful. Ready for a quiet Monday….and Halloween decorations 🎃

No renovation list. No “we’ll get to that eventually.” Just move in and enjoy.

Turnkey, beautifully remodeled, and ready for its next owner.

This home has been completely transformed with a fresh, modern interior and thoughtful updates throughout.

And the backyard? There’s room to actually live outside—entertain, garden, play, or create the outdoor space you’ve been imagining.

COMMENT “VALLEJO” and I’ll send you the details!

Looking for a move-in-ready home in the Bay Area without the price tag of some neighboring markets? I got you.

Want to see this one in person? Call, text, or DM me for a private showing.

Built around its light

Set into the North Berkeley hills, 141 Fairlawn is one of the earliest known works of architect Andrew Batey. It was designed and built in the early 1970s, years before the Napa Valley houses and Getty Center recognition that would define Batey’s career. It was commissioned by Henry Bowles, an architectural photographer who trained under Morley Baer and shot for Condé Nast, and it shows in a studied style that prized “purity, simplicity, and austerity of form” — for someone who looked at buildings for a living. More than fifty years on, it still feels ahead of its time, and will remain so.

Step inside and the house does the thing Batey built it to do — it brings the outside in. A two-story wall of glass on an exposed frame pulls the canopy straight into the living space, and the main volume rises double-height beneath open beams, an open-tread stair climbing to the mezzanine. There is very little between you and the outdoors, and the room changes hour by hour as light and leaf-shadow move across it.

Sliding doors carry the space outward: one opens onto the entry walk, a step from an expansive deck set among mature native oaks. A floor above, a second slider opens on the same wall, looking down over the quiet sitting area by the entrance.

ROOMS

Batey worked the sloping site rather than fighting it, and the plan unfolds in levels — an updated kitchen with quartz counters and custom tile and a light-filled main floor. The main level holds a private bedroom that opens directly to a full bath — a primary suite, with a second door as its own private entrance — along with a flexible den in the far corner. Upstairs, a 400+ square foot mezzanine with a walk-in closet, where the bedroom opens to the black-tile bath Batey returned to design in the late 1980s, lit from two skylights overhead.

Redwood construction, a low-maintenance Trex deck, replacement windows on the lower level, central heat, EV charging, and a roughly 220-square-foot detached garage ground the architecture in easy livability.

The biggest mistake agents make❓️

Trying to sell BEFORE they understand‼️

Too many agents jump straight into presentations, objections, and closing strategies before they've earned the right to do any of it.

The purpose of the Discovery Call isn't to sell ✖️

It's to learn. ✔️

It's to uncover motivation.
It's to identify timing.
It's to understand pain points.
It's to gain clarity on goals.
It's to ask questions rooted in genuine curiosity.

When agents rush the process, they create resistance. 🤚🏾

When agents honor the process, they create trust. 🤝🏾

The highest-performing agents know that conversion isn't about convincing people. It's about understanding people. 💡

Slow down. Ask better questions. Listen longer. Learn more.

Because when you truly understand the consumer, the next step becomes obvious.

Process creates consistency. Consistency creates trust. Trust creates conversion.

1️⃣ Discovery first.
2️⃣ Strategy second.
3️⃣ Sales last.
