Yoga brings us together on the mat… but sometimes the magic happens when we step off it. ✨ Our Social Night was full of good conversations, big laughs, new connections, and the kind of energy that reminds us why community is such a beautiful part of this practice. Thank you to everyone who came out and made the night so special @mountain_top_music_festivals @merulli @sylviatinggg @sierrawestm @jpgallanar @ferrahshino 💃🏽 Come for the yoga. Pop in at the RISE table anytime between 6–8pm. We're grateful to collaborate with the @yerbana community, where we get to gather in good vibes and practice together on Thursday evenings, all summer long! 2025 did its thing

2025 has been a wild year. Probably the busiest and more eventful year I’ve had in a long time. It’s the year of the snake. A year of shedding what no longer serves. Full of opportunities that have helped me grow, and becoming closer with people I’m truly grateful for. I’ve been taking a lot of time to myself these last couple months reflecting on life and what comes next. Thanks to all who’ve been apart of my journey this year. I’m looking forward to the year of the horse in 2026. Got a good feeling about this one 🐎
