We talk about therapy a lot… and it’s important.

But community is part of mental wellness too.

Moments like this
laughing
connecting
being around people who get it

That’s how we regulate
that’s how we feel seen
that’s how we remind ourselves we’re not alone

This is why spaces like this matter

Black Art Activated curated by @activated.productions for Women’s History Month⚡️

Today was special. I appreciated being able to table @pitrallc amongst a room of beautiful, Black women and their thriving businesses. I really want to those who support me. I hold y’all near and dear to my heart for understanding my mission and product.

Seeing familiar faces, the ecosystem of the DC Arts Renaissance grow in real time, and sharing laughs and memories. Importantly, thank you, @alexactivated for this space that you have envisioned and brought to life! You have always poured into me and been such a great individual. Today, tomorrow, and this summer, it’s Activated⚡️⚡️⚡️

Still feeling full… in every way after NourishHer 🌿✨

Blackgrlthings x @purplerosepetals created a space at @bingebardc where wellness wasn’t just a buzzword, it was real, honest, and rooted in care for us. From physical health to mental well-being, every conversation poured back into the room in the most beautiful way 💚

We had the privilege of hearing from incredible Black women doctors from @resetlifestyle and @pilatespluswellness who reminded us that caring for our bodies is a superpower. And with @purplerosepetals grounding us in mental health, we were able to explore what it truly means to nourish our mind, body, and spirit.

Guided by the thoughtful and intentional moderation of @siespeaks, the conversation flowed with vulnerability, wisdom, and community.

This was more than an event… it was a reminder that we deserve to rest, to heal, to grow, and to choose ourselves over and over again 🌸

Thank you to every woman who showed up, shared space, and poured into this experience.
