10 things that make me the most happy currently 🌹

1. Those moments in-between, where I recharge with a cacao and my book.

2. My best friend and my daughter together. They also have the same birthday. How crazy is that?

3. The big small things: like going out for diner with my husband or friends feel like a portal back to myself.

4. My work. I just love the magic unfolding when people truly say YES to themselves and commit themselves to change - and with that: new levels of living life unlock.

5. Biggest sweettooth whilst still breastfeeding. I’m enjoying it.

6. Still dating. 9 years together and counting.❤️

7. Taking myself out on yoga dates (also when it’s raining!).

8. Gave myself a museum card again. Just the best in autumn & winter. And, super gezellig with lill Izz with me.

9. My ultimate dream: breakfast with my own little fam.

December has been so far all about celebration and reflecting. This year has been incredibly surprising. 🤍
From getting engaged, giving 4 retreats, becoming pregnant and allowing myself to truly show up authentically and lead my business really in ‘my way’ —— to the most incredible and fun summer, new and forever amazing friendships, the perfect balance between rest and rise, seeing my parents every month (this was a deep desire) and sooo many ‘life’ clicks.

I am wrapping up this year with truly honoring what made this year so amazing: and that is the big YES that I said to it and celebrate all the yesses I allowed myself to explore and truly GO for. 🥂

The SLOW RETREAT.
On this Saturday morning, a little throwback to remind us all to take it slow. Last week truly showed us much space there is for joy, laughter, softness and deep connection, when we really take the time and connect to life.

Thank you all for these beautiful days together. Lets remind each other of the importance of really taking life in. Rather then rushing through life. It’s such a gift to fully experience how much there already is, once you just press pause.

We will be back for a new edition next year. 💭🌅🤍

Almost a year ago, we, Sifra and Ellemijn, sat together and wondered: How do all these inspiring female entrepreneurs do it? As two women running our own businesses, we felt the desire for more community, a space where female entrepreneurs could connect, share their stories, their biggest wins, and their greatest challenges.🤍

Wow, yesterday really was a dream coming true. 🤯
One of my most deep desires made me do it. Bring a group of conscious entrepreneurial women together in House of High Vibe Tribe.

I truly believe that we, as women, have so much that we can learn from each others stories and journeys.

I longed for a space where i can give the stage to women that mostly inspire me - and help me to also keep on showing up for what I believe in!

Bringing women together with visions, with curiosity and with eager hearts to rise together!

Facing our fears is a lifelong journey, and last night I took another step by sharing my story with the beautiful souls at ‘House of High Vibe Tribe’.

Speaking about my journey — from navigating darkness to reclaiming my strength — stirred up so many emotions. As I prepared for this talk, waves of grief and tears surfaced.

Yet today, I feel so grateful for where I am, knowing I can hold space for that hurt without needing to push it away. Our struggles shape us, and there’s so much beauty in allowing ourselves to fully experience every part of the journey.

I’m truly honored to share my story, my mission as an artist, and the work I do to help others reclaim their personal power.

It’s always easier to explore the darkness together, and I’m so thankful to @ellemijn.nonkes & @sifrawiersma for creating such a beautiful space — where we can connect, inspire, and support each other in embracing our strength.

To all the incredible women who gathered, may we continue to rise by holding space for one another and wildly celebrating our growth. Here’s to healing, creating, and stepping into our power — one brave moment at a time.
