A chilly but bright Sunday morning ride with @girlsbikenyc out to Demarest Farms for apple cider donuts, cider and other treats, with some leaf-peeping and excellent suburban Halloween decorations along the way. Well worth pulling out the thermal tights!

Cycling hot takes 🎤🚴‍♀️

The Rapha Women’s 100 is an event I’ve loved being part of for a few years now, and I’m so honored to be back as a ride leader in New York.

What I love most isn’t just the riding - it’s the community, the conversations, and getting to see more and more women show up for the sport.

Women’s cycling is growing, glowing & thriving, and I feel very lucky to be along for the ride.

Now, let’s hear those hot takes 👀
