Happy birthday Baby Sis!!

My baby sis. My ace up a dirty sleeve. My coco leaf that numbs the pain of a long journey. My keys when I’m locked out. My unlocked car in the driveway to sleep for the night. My coconut water after a 12 hour shift. My first therapist. My first congregation member that faithfully followed and hung on the every word of her big brother. The heart I never lost.
The flame in a pitch black night that leads me back to innocence. I am deeply and profoundly grateful for you. Without you the wilderness periods of my adolescence would’ve been unbearable. Happy birthday baby sis. I breathe you in every day cuz thankfully you’re still exhaling.

To my oasis. Big brother loves you to life. ❤️❤️❤️

Happy Anniversary @signeddanij ❤️ 4 years ago I was not the same man I am today. That’s because God has used my love for you to draw me closer to Him. You deserve the best me, and the best me is only found in Him.

Before we met, I would pray for a partner. I wanted that passionate love of course, but most importantly I wanted a friend. God answers prayer because I got passionate, fiery love (2 kids and 1 on the way 😉) AND the greatest, most loving and steadfast friend I have ever known. You are high quality baby. I always say, it doesn’t take a lot of bells and whistles for us to have fun. We just need each other. 4 years later that is still true.

I love you babe. And before you ask today, you know what I always say. Longest relationship I’ve ever been in 😜 🤣

As people of wealth, we must learn to engage in habits that do our bodies well from the inside out. Taking care of my temple is key because you only have one.

Collagen + coffee. As you age, your body’s collagen deteriorates. It’s a critical component of what your hair, skin, and joints are made of.

Also, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to use a song that my hubby is on. Summertime by @haeinsane x @smytheplays on all streaming platforms. 🎧🎶

Baby, you are still the standard for me. Grace, beauty, grit, maturity, and companionship. A lot has changed this last year, but our marriage is founded on a God who never changes. So my beautiful client had locs for 4 years and then decided she needed a change. We had so much fun with the transition…… My job as a hairstylist is never to judge my clients but to help them feel confident with the style they choose to wear TODAY. Because tomorrow they may want to wear a totally different one.

Happy Anniversary baby. We have made it to one year. I tried to find photos to represent the best memories of this year, but I realized quickly I wanted to keep all of those between us. Thank you for loving me more than anyone has ever loved me; praying for me, talking to me, hugging, and kissing me. Thank you for submitting even when I did not act worthy of submission. Thank you for carrying our legacy for 9 months. The last thing I worry about is a role model for Lauren, because I know she will look up to, and learn to admire the woman you are. Thank you for being my best friend. Laughing, drinking coffee, rapping with you as my high pitched adlibber, and walking the riverfront are among my favorite things to do with you.
