This week we’re back for @lisbonstreet.photo fest’s second edition. I’m looking forward to seeing friends I met last year and new faces. I’m sure I’ll be overwhelmed and absolutely wrecked by weekend’s end. However, if you see running around, please me stop me and say hello!

Here’s a group of photos I took from last year at the festival. The bulk of which I took with the GFX100RF via a loan from @fujifilmxpt – Thanks! That thing was a beast.

Please come visit. Check out the exhibitions, talks, and other events we have going on over the weekend. The program is here: https://www.lisbonstreet.photo/2026-program

PS bring me coffee 😉

Congratulations to all the finalists in the Single Photo category.
Your images impressed us because, each in its own way, they manage to tell a story—conveying an atmosphere, a detail, or a personal perspective on the world. These photographs are diverse, yet united by sensitivity, artistic exploration, and a presence in the “here and now.”
Reaching this stage is already a significant achievement. Thank you for choosing to share your work with us and for being part of this edition of effe4.0.
We look forward to meeting you in Rome.
We’ll see you on October 16, 17, and 18 at @officinefotografiche.
Check out all the finalists in the Single Photo category and stay tuned: we will be announcing the other categories in the coming days.

One of my favorite things to do with the infrared body is take portraits. I call them my Vampire Portraits. The way the IR pairs with the IR flash often makes things look a bit off. Eyes can look not quite right, and the translucency of skin becomes more apparent.

So, on a night where I figured no one would question me running around with a weird camera snapping left and right, I took as many shots as I could. Capturing many of the guests that we had for our opening party of the 2025 festival. And I’ll probably do it again this year 😉.

Here’s the maximum amount of tags and some vampire portraits from the @lisbonstreet.photo fest’s opening party 2025!
