POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Lately I’ve been feeling that my true magic comes through the cards. So at Goddess Retreat, we will start our day with an Oracle Card Pull. The cards never steer us wrong and are usually the exact medicine we need.

We will set our intention for the retreat. What is it that you want to take away? How do you want to feel? What energy are you taking into the next season?

Then, we move our bodies. Slow. Intentional. Intuitive. We will drop into our bodies and reconnect with ourselves. This is the part of the practice where we get out of our heads, into our bodies and hear our messages so much clearer!

You know I can’t help myself but get these magic hands into your energy and be a portal for your soul.

Fake it till you make it, right? We must be able to see what we’re calling in. But not just see it, feel it. What are you wearing? Who are you with? What it does smell like? This is where dreams become reality in the subconscious mind.

When we write our desires down they become much more powerful. There’s something about pen to paper that makes the words real.

The part that most women say they are fearing the most, talking in front of people! And, it’s also the part that they end up loving the most. To hear other people’s perspective, and how they are moving. Being seen in community is so deeply healing. Not to mention, at this point you’ve hit the final step in my manifestation journey.

My amazing friend @siirisampson will be creating and executing a custom menu to help support the work we’re doing at the retreat. Think light, nutritious food and drink to keep the energy going!

What’s more feminine than having FUN! Think, slumber party vibes. Reading, journaling, painting your nails, skin care masks, pool, hot tub, nap time. WHATEVER YOU WANT OR NEED. This is your time for integration and community.

Universe?! If I’m so good, SHOW ME!!!✨✨✨✨

And show US it did! Just one of many highlights from our first trip as an engaged couple! A surprise anniversary trip I gave Christian for Christmas, to show me his previous hometown in #phoenixaz and we had some amazing hikes to add to our list of memories. This was Devil’s Bridge. WHAT AN ADVENTURE that day ended up being, phew! 😅

The great june pnw thrift route is mapped out, but I need to know if I missed anywhere I HAVE to go?

Bellingham to Gig Harbor to Tacoma (University Place too) to Puyallup to Tukwila to Auburn to North Bend to Maple Valley.

This is the route. These are the stores. This is the life I have chosen.

I'll see you out there 🫡

Sometimes you just gotta cut this shit and cut loose!

I cut my hair. Not because I needed a change… but because I finally felt free enough to choose one. At 43, I am experiencing what it feels like to be fully, unapologetically myself — without scanning the room to see who approves. Dancing in my kitchen. Speaking my truth. Letting my hair be wild. Letting my body feel safe. This is the first time in my life I’ve made a decision about my appearance that had nothing to do with being liked — and everything to do with being aligned.

There is a different kind of power that comes when you stop performing and start embodying. When you realize that living out loud is not rebellion — it’s self-respect. Cutting my hair was symbolic, yes… but more than that, it was evidence. Evidence that I trust myself. Evidence that I no longer shrink. Evidence that the right people will gather when I stand fully in who I am. This isn’t about aesthetics. It’s about magnetism. When you show up for yourself, you attract community — not followers, not validation — but real women who see you and stand beside you even when you’re not online.

If you’re getting married in your 40s (or beyond) and you feel that quiet pull to do it differently — to do it authentically — follow along. We are building something real here. Not a curated internet moment, but a grounded, honest community of women who value character, integrity, growth, and joy. Drop a ✂️ or 💇‍♀️ in the comments if you have questions about getting married in midlife or stepping into your next chapter with courage. Let’s normalize becoming more ourselves — not less — as we age.

You’ve been watching. Feeling the pull.
This is your nudge.

We’re just ONE week away from The Sacred Pause retreat—
a space where you get to put it all down.
The masks. The pressure. The need to keep it all together.

You don’t need permission to rest.
You don’t have to wait until you’re burned out.
You don’t have to earn it.

You just have to say yes.

💛 May 30 – June 1 in Sedro Woolley, WA
