Of course after I make a video saying our sheep don’t drink much water we have heat index’s over 100f. This is the most they’ve drank in quite awhile. Still pretty impressive. #rotationalgrazing #stcroixsheep #hairsheep #summertime

The last of this years ewes were picked up tonight. Got some drone footage of Silas and I catching them in the trap. We want to say thank you to all of our customers and we’re looking forward to the future. Happy 4th weekend! #hairsheep #stcroixsheep #trap

We’ve been so blessed with rain and healthy animals. Really pleased with this years lamb crop. Most will be going to their new flocks over the next couple weeks. But, we are keeping back a few ram lambs to wether and finish out in our system. If you are tired of the chemical filled meat you’re getting at the grocery store give us a shout. We’re raising something better for you here. No chemicals, never needed de-wormed due to 2 day rotations and long rest periods for paddocks. Diverse grass only diet (no grain). Come by and see how we’re doing things if you’re close enough. #rotationalgrazing #grassfedlamb #healthyprotein #stcroixsheep
