Book Review (Arc Edition):

Kai Mercer has now become my top tier Riley Paige MMC's for the foreseeable future.

Kai Mercer the man that you are, you are so down bad and I ate up every moment of it. He counted the days they were apart from each other. Once he knew he allowed to help Wren he was all in like he had never left. He just wants to be a suppprt system for the girl he loves.

Wren Calloway I see you, I was you. Asking for help was something huge for her. The tension between her and Kai while she was helping the team was everything. The way were together feot like time was not lost even though Kai was counting the days of them being apart.

Wren inviting Kai back into her world was scary but sweet as her younger siblings took a liking to him while her older siblings were cautious but supportive.

The One Bed Trope was a nice surprise. Of course he was too stubborn. Also the way he stepped up and helped with her little sisters was everything to me. Girl dad vibes all of the way!!!!

Him counting the freckles on her face and remembering new ones and her nickname being freckles was super special!! Kai Mercer you are built different.

I love their love and how they wanted this time to really work out no matter what challenges that they had coming their way. The way he took care of her after her period surprised her was everything.

I also enjoyed the team banter with Asher and Weston. I love seeing their stories start to unfold as we wait for the next book in the series.

Rating:🏒🏒🏒🏒🏒

I couldn’t believe myself when I got the CROSS CHECK by @authorchelseacurto as an ARC !!! 🤏🏼🤏🏼

As an avid D.C. Stars reader, Grant Everett did not disappoint AT ALL! One of the longest book of the series, with the most yearnyyy and slow burning loveeee 👉🏻👈🏻, AMELIA AND GRANT together just felt soo right 🫶🏼

The slutty crop tops and his journal and the glimpses of the previous couples just fell into place perfectly! After a high from this book, G-Money has topped the hockey player book boyfriends foshhhooooo! 😮‍💨

Thank you @authorchelseacurto and @lovenotes.pr for this lovely lovelyyyyyyy ARC ✨
