Thanksgiving is always a time my family got together to celebrate what America has done for us. It was so important as my grandmother immigrated from Hungary. Every year we do the whole 9 yards. and yes we’re religious jews! my grandmother believed that Thanksgiving is not a religious holiday. It is to celebrate America. we are so grateful for what we were able to accomplish here. so this year was no different, even though unfortunately we celebrated without the matriarch herself, my grandmother. but I’m sure she’s watching us from up in heaven so proud of the way we love each other and the way we stay one big family. Who truly beautiful being together with this beautiful big family I am a part of. #thanksgiving #grateful #greatbigjewishfamily #turkeyday #jewish #missmygrandma
